About

Dan Long is a freelance photojournalist and fine art photographer based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Dan specializes in landscape, adventure, and event photography. His photos have been published in internationally distributed magazines, regional newspapers, and web and print advertising.

After graduating from the photography program in the School of Fine Arts at Miami University Dan moved to Jackson, Wyoming. He worked for nearly three years in the production department of Alpinist prior to the company closing its doors. His travels have led him to shoot in Patagonia, throughout the Rocky Mountain west, the deserts of southern Utah, and many other diverse locations.
